Membership Plans
Choose the payment option that works best for you. Both plans provide the same level of membership.
Monthly Membership
£1 / monthMembership renews monthly until cancelled.
Annual Membership
£10 / yearMembership renews yearly until cancelled.
Choosing annual membership does not give a member additional voting power, additional influence or a different membership status. The annual option simply provides a lower overall price for paying yearly.

Right First Time UK should not display or store your full card number, security code or online-banking password inside the Members Area.

Cancellation & Refunds
We want the membership payment terms to be simple and easy to understand.
£1 Monthly Membership
Monthly membership can be cancelled so that future monthly renewals stop.
Monthly membership payments are non-refundable. Cancelling stops future recurring payments but does not refund payments already made.
£10 Annual Membership
Annual membership can be cancelled so that the next yearly renewal does not occur.
Where the annual membership cancellation terms apply, the member receives a £5 refund from the £10 annual membership payment.
Before Cancelling Membership
Cancelling a recurring payment and closing a member account are different actions.
The final cancellation screen should clearly tell the member:
• when future payments will stop
• whether a refund applies
• the amount of any refund
• when Members Area access will end
• what happens to their member number
• what membership records Right First Time UK must retain
A cancellation should only be completed after the member has clearly confirmed that they want to proceed.

Does annual membership give me more voting power?
No. Monthly and annual members have the same membership status and eligible member rights.
Why is yearly membership cheaper?
Twelve £1 monthly payments total £12. Annual membership is £10, saving £2 each year.
Are payments recurring?
Yes, unless otherwise stated. Monthly membership renews monthly and annual membership renews annually until cancelled.
Does RFTUK keep my full card number?
The intended setup is for payment-card details to be handled by the secure payment provider rather than stored in the normal Right First Time UK Members Area.
Can I change my membership plan?
The final payment system can allow members to move between monthly and annual membership, with the billing effect explained before confirmation.
