Support approved campaigns, gather evidence, share public information and help bring attention to problems affecting people and communities.
Help with campaigns, research, public information, community work, digital projects and practical support — locally, remotely or across UK-wide activity.
Lived experience, practical skills, community knowledge and a willingness to help can all be useful. Volunteer roles are flexible and may be occasional, project-based, remote or in person depending on the role.

Complete the online volunteer application and tell us about your skills, interests and availability.
Your application is reviewed and any role-specific checks, references or safeguarding requirements can be considered.
If approved, you can take part in suitable agreed tasks around your availability and role boundaries.
Volunteer opportunities are unpaid and designed to be flexible. The application system explains that there are no compulsory hours and that volunteers may be able to help occasionally or remotely where suitable. Volunteers can decline tasks they cannot reasonably do, ask for support, take a break or stop volunteering.
The volunteer application asks about your contact details, the areas you may like to help with, availability, experience or lived knowledge, safeguarding, any relevant references and any support or adjustments you would like considered.
